A preliminary introductory meeting and personalized adjustment path are required for new customers.

It is obligatory that an antiparasitic treatment against fleas, ticks and lice be carried out.

At least one hour of adjustment time must be done to test the animal’s behaviour.

The following will not be accepted:
• female dogs in heat
• dogs with particular behavioural problems
• dogs without microchips or identification tattoos
